I'm in a bind: hungry, no time on my hands, and getting sick of paying $1.50+/ "healthy nutrition bar" at the deli. Have any recipes for me?
No allergies, love nuts, BUT I'd like to try to make at least one of the ingredients local/seasonal (not easy in NY, right now only apples, asparagus, radishes, and spinach are in season... ewww spinach bars...) http://www.nrdc.org/health/foodmiles/...
