On FoodTV today, Al Roker did a segment about food at various horse racing venues. He talked to one Italian grill master who was making a scallop wrap that was called, I believe, a Sharper. (Not sure if that was it and if so if I have it spelled correctly).
It consisted of scallops, red bell peppers, spinach, and some type of white cheese, all in a wrap similar to a burrito. This was being grilled outside.
Does anyone know the exact name and recipe of this item? If so, please post because my wife & I would love to try them. Thanks.
