My school's "Food of the Month" program has been very successful so far:
October - sushi (vegetable maki)
November - jackfruit
For December, I'd like to serve the students matzoh balls. Does anyone have a good recipe that I could make for 50 students at at time. I'm planning on making half-sized matzoh balls, so a recipe for 30 would be good.
