In the last few years, I have been lucky enough to be able to get really nice cookware. I have always loved to cook, in high school when having to pick a verbal book report, I picked an "how to make ice cream" book and make a good amount of peppermint ice cream to go along with my report. I have developed my own recipes as well along the way.
I have had a few recipes on my bucket list, and some I have conquered already, like popovers, creme brûlée and most recently beef ragu.
Today, I will be attempting boeuf bourguignon.
In the future, I would like to try pot au feu.
Anybody else have any recipe or style of cooking on their bucket list?
I don't know where to tag this, so I picked cookbooks, as I figured anyone buying those is trying to branch out.
