I have misplaced my favorite (for salmon) recipe. It was handwritten on a piece of paper and I never put it into my computer recipe files. I have googled like crazy and can't find what I am looking for which is a black pepper sauce with raisins. Maybe this is an old-fashioned recipe. I got it from Le Lion D'or - a famous restaurant in DC that closed many years ago. It was not a thick sauce. I have found several recipes with ginger but this recipe had no ginger.
Would appreciate anything you might happen to have.
