Raw Deer Meat on the menu, Buena Park

Snackish | Mar 11, 200608:33 PM

Don't ask me if it's good - as a vegetarian I regretfully passed, but I had lunch at a Thai/Chinese place called "Captain's Thai Chinese Seafood" at Buena and Crescent right next to Knotts Water Park.

There on the specials menu was "Raw Deer Salad." I figured there might be a brave hound out there that would give it a try.

The rest of the menu looked interesting for meat eaters too. Beef tendon soup, etc.

We had fairly terrible gringo-ized Thai lunch, but we ordered very conservatively due to some stomach issues and the whole vegetarian thing. I think it was more our fault than theirs.
