Raucous, fun atmoshphere?

Hi, I am looking to throw a party for a 40th birthday. I am looking for a place that is loud, raucous, and fun. It should be a place where the birthday girl can wear a silly crown and not look totally foolish.

I am thinking of a family place like Ed Debevic's or Farrell's (anybody remember those?) without the "manufactured" feel like at Dave and Busters.

Hopefully it will be in or near Orange County, but I am open to any suggestions. Thanks a lot!
