Ramen Butcher - spicy red sauce recipe wanted!

I eat the delicious red ramen at ramen butcher, and would love to figure out how to make the spicy red paste they add to this soup - i assume garlic and chili and oil, maybe salt... but no idea about process or other ingredients. Anyone have any thoughts?
