You are standing in the Asian foodstuffs aisle of a Whole Foods, Safeway , etc. You want something like a dressed up Ramen noodle dish, but you don't want the instant package variety. Or rather, you want a healthier version.
What kind of noodles do you buy? Assume I won't be doing any deep frying, but possibly stir-frying. Lo Mein noodles? Which kind of noodle might stir-fry well?
