Quing Palace Cafe in San Gabriel

According to the attached article, this restaurant supposedly specializes in Northern Chinese food and northern Chinese food is something our family is quite fond of, since one family member is from Beijing and we've been visiting every northern Chinese restaurant in San Gabriel that we can find. Our current favorite northern restaurants are Homestyle and the islamic place in the shopping center at Del Mar and Valley [I can never remember the name].

Not to be morbid, given recent events, while I'm not sure if I want to go sit and eat in the restaurant right now [although it could be the safest time to go. . .], I was still sort of wondering if anyone had been there and if it was worth checking out for take-out.

According to the article, Quing Palace Cafe is in a two story mini-mall at 1000 East Valley Blvd in SG.
