I'm in the middle of preparing the recipe for Turkey Burgers with Onion, Apple and Sage, but am wondering if there is an error in the recipe. After making the apple mixture, it says to add a half a teaspoon to the ground meat. Is that right? There's a lot more than half a teaspoon in the pan, and it doesn't say anything else about using it. I was hoping somebody who had made this recipe would happen to be on and offer any advice. If nothing else I'll add part of the apple mixture to the ground turkey and use the rest as a topping but I thought I'd see what others have done. A half a teaspoon of the mixture is not very much!
