Quick - what to do with giant portabello 'shroom slices?

I bought a 10 oz pack today. Would like to have them tonight or tomorrow night, preferably as the main (or only) course. Any ideas? With meat is fine too, but I don't have anything thawed. Well, there is bacon...

I have on hand greens, asparagus, carrots and other veg, onions, garlic, several different oils, sharp cheddar, eggs, lots of spices and several varieties of canned/frozen sauces and soups.
