"Cenan's Favorite" is an oily-and-vinegary melange of watercress, artichoke, lemon, tomato, olives, peppers, and maybe even some mint. Although it is available as is, I had it on a crusty baguette. As is the case with almost all of their sandwiches, the baguette is spread with "special sauce," an inspired blend of Maille seeded mustard, house-made mayonaisse and horseradish. Delicious. Even the most devoted carnivore would find it satisfying.
