I would like to try this recipe, but am a little concerned about the "spicyness" of it. Is it very spicy, or hot? If I needed to reduce the heat, should I just omit the cayenne?
If is not really hot, but rather flavored with the spices, I would give it a try. One of the people who would be eating it cannot tolerate anything hot. ( I know, I know)
