A Question from A Restaurant Owner

Here's one I would appreciate help with. I own a small place in Brooklyn. My prices are low. I have many regulars, who I count on for obvious reasons. One woman comes in twice a day. She has never left a tip. Ever. In over two months. Even when she brings groups of up to six people. She is always happy and often comments on how wonderful we are, so it's not like she has a problem with the service. What should I do?
1. Tack a 15 percent gratuity on her check?
2 Tell her if she doesn't tip, she can only get takeout?
3. Ignore the whole situation.

It really bothers me, because I'm a new business and I've had to supplement the waitstaffs tips when they have slow days. What do you guys think?
