Question for Hungry Celeste and other New Orleans foodies

Just hearsay but I want to see if anyone knows about this, I heard this a few months ago but Celeste's earlier post about the BBQ Oyster po boy has jogged my memory. Does anyone know of a restaurant that serves a dish of Oysters baked in a thin sauce of garlic, oil and parsley inside a baby eggplant pirogue? Blanketed by a gratinee topping type of thing with the option of one or more sauces - Bearnaise, Hollandaise or....

A friend mentioned having had this to me and I've checked back with her and she doesn't remember where and doesn't keep notes.

I hope I've edited this and eliminated all the errors but the stupor bowl has started and I'm feeling the effects on my psyche and also I've had the best part of two bottles of Primitivo di Manduria. May be nappy time.
