question about fresh eggs

I usually buy store bought eggs, but a friend just gave me some of his farm fresh eggs - they are truly wonderful as an egg dish - scrambled, over easy, etc...but i'm wondering what if any difference I will notice in dishes where they are not the main ingredient (quick bread, muffins, etc...). So my question is, should I stick to the farm fresh for breakfast, and use the store bought in all the other stuff? thanks
