Another question: re "foole" (Mideast/Ethiopian dish)

Another thing I miss from the Bay Area was the fantastic "foole" Ii got at Cafe Colucci in Oaktown. This is a fava bean-based dish that's often kind of watery, but the version I had at Colucci was a thick, incredibly delicious version. Any clues to finding this variety in PDX? Thanks.
