My turkey has been hanging in my brine solution for about 12 hours now. It's in a plastic bucket outside. The problem is that it's about 20 degrees outside. I'm afraid to leave it out there all night for fears of having a frozen bird tomorrow.
If I bring it inside now, rinse it with fresh water and put it in it's baking tray in the fridge covered in foil until tomorrow morning will I still be ok???
