Queens and Hong Kong move to Edison, NJ

A wonderful Hong Kong style chinese restaurant recently opened at 1984 Route 27 in Edison. The place has amazing seafood and dim sun on the weekends (on carts, a la carte during the week). We used to have to travel over an hour to get this kind of wonderful food--in fact the place is called Wonder Seafood. Tonight we had fish head soup (declared by a friend from Shanghai to be some of the best she has had in a while), sauteed squid with chinese scallions, a light sauce, and taro, and delicately fried fish that was so fresh you could almost taste the sea exploding in your mouth. They have a broad range of dishes with fish and frogs, as well as more traditional food. The owner was very friendly and helpful and we just asked him to order for us.
