My wife and I will be spending 3 days in Quebec City in late May -- no kids. We would like to experience as much as possible of the food culture....breakfast, lunch and dinner. We like fancy and casual. Some of the places on our radar are iX Pour Bistro, Chez Boulay, L'Initiale, Le Renard et la Chouette, Battuto, Panache and L'Affaire est Ketchup; but we are certainly not limited to these. We would greatly appreciate any recommendations or reviews!
