Q1 - LE PHO, Richmond Hill : A new Vietnamese Pho kid in town!.......soon, after the kinks, may be the BEST in town?!

Charles Yu | Sep 28, 201807:21 PM     3

House in a huge cavernous space, the place was packed even on a chilly, rainy night! Though they are still experiencing teething pain associated with new opening, their food we had tonight was already so darn tasty and good, their nearby competitors better be afraid......be very afraid! ( these include Pho Tai Bac, Little Saigon, The Pho Restaurant, Pho Metro, Nam....etc ).

Apart from some, at times, slow and dis-organized service, the food we ordered simply cannot be faulted! Period! From the quality of the fresh noodles, the deep, complex, multi-dimensional, umami filled broth, the ultra smokey and well seasoned grilled meat....etc. In particular, the 'Crab brain & tomalley, minced pork noodle'. It was simply sensational!!

Portion was generous and price was reasonable! Owner kept apologizing to us by saying ' We are doing our best! " So cute!

Will definitely return very soon to try the entire menu and hopefully discover some more hidden gems!
