This is the bread I think about all year. I think about it so much because it is made only about 8 days a year. The combination sounds odd, but is divine. Slightly sour whole wheat (I think) + slightly sweet pumpkin chunks + moist inside + crusty exterior. It is shaped in a ring with a cute mini baguette stem in the center. Thorough Bread is making it through Thanksgiving (open Thanksgiving until 1pm). Safest is to buy in advance on the phone.
