Pump Pork replay

Pay or Play asked earlier in the week what one does with leftovers of the huge helping of Pork Pump at Lake Spring. I am here to report a delicious lunch today: reheated the PP in a fry pan then took a strip of some fresh Lavasch from Jordan market, smeared it with home made raita, shredded the PP with a little sauce, topped with arugula and rolled it for a multi ethnic wrap. (Ate two of these).
