I love pudding. Ever since I was a wee lass I've loved pudding. My first fave was butterscotch but that soon became too sweet and I discovered tapioca pudding, then rice pudding and then bread. And how about the skin that forms over chocolate pudding - that's my favorite part. In my late teens, early twenties a shop opened up in my home town called puddin time. It was fashioned after an ice cream parlor but instead of ice cream it was 31 puddings - 4 or 5 types of bread pudding a day alone . Of course not everyone shares my love for pudding, many think it's down-right weird, and alas puddin time was soon out of business.
Well call it regression, but I'm ready to re-claim my inherent right to eat yummy pudding of many types every day of the week if I so please - so tell me, where can I get me some of that creamy, tapiocaie, bready, ricey, pistachioie (mmmm, pistachio!) stuff? Where's your fave? (As you may know from my previous posts, a focus on the village is always appreciated, I rarely make it above 24th, but hey, if it's THAT good...)

Jim - smiling?
