Running hospitality suite, want to focus on local products, budget, etc.
On Saturday night I'd like to put out an after dinner spread featuring cheeses and local chocolates.
I was planning on getting some XO truffles, but I'm open other suggestions as well, especially tips on where I can buy stuff that's maybe not widely available and/or direct from manufacturer.
Same with local cheeses -- anything interesting out there that won't break my budget?
