My in-laws were visiting and left behind a container of psyllium husks, a soluble fiber used to maintain colon health. But I think psyllium is a seed, right? If so, can I bake with it? I don't want to use this stuff as the label directs (tried it once and couldn't deal with the texture), but I imagine it would be good in bread. Anyone tried this with good results? And by good, I mean good-tasting...I am well aware of the digestive results when the stuff is used as directed.
