Prune puree instead of oil - anyone done this?

AnneInMpls | Mar 21, 2006 12:05 PM

I've heard that you can use prune puree instead of oil or butter in some baked desserts, like brownies. Sounds interesting, but I don't know how much to use, and I'm scared of wrecking a whole pan of brownies.

Any tips?

Also, anyone know of other recipes that can use prune puree instead of oil?

Thanks,
Anne
