Alright, I'm hitting up Providence this Friday with a buddy from out of town. I believe we'll do the nine course tasting menu. In your esteemed opinions, should this be done with or without the wine pairings? I'm not the most knowledgable person when it comes to wine, but I have time to develop.
If anyone would like to throw their opinions out there about the tasting menu vs. a la carte, that would be cool, too.
