Has anyone heard of protein pancakes? Do they actually taste good? I just came across a recipe that uses 1 packer of oatmeal, 3 egg whites, a scoop of protein powder and 1/3 cup of cottage cheese. All items are blended and then made with nonstick cooking spray like regular pancakes. Has anyone actually tried this? If not, are the low carb pancake mixes any good, or is a person better off splurging on the real thing even if they are on a low card diet?
