In the absence of Joe's Superette in Carroll Gardens (RIP, Joe's), can anyone recommend any places in Brooklyn that make good prosciutto balls? I live in Bensonhurst, but am willing to travel for quality. Frank and Sal's are not authentic to me- theirs are just riceballs with prosciutto, not the kind made from ricotta cheese, pecorino, etc.
