If you are ever looking for a real butcher, wonderful sausage and tasty BBQ then check out this little jewel in my neighbourhood. Our favorite staples are Moroccan lamb susage, hot Italian, Danish veal, maple/garlic cured bacon and the prime sirloin. They supply sausage to some of the local restaurants and they are always perfect. If you walk in they are usually cooking up something for you to try. Tricky part is their hours... so we usually go there on Saturday if I cannot make it during the day on Thursday or Friday. They have spoiled us and now we always get the beef from them. They do not have the BBQ restaurant anymore but they do sell the tri tip, ribs and chichen that is cooked in the store.
