Pralines ......

Evangeline | Apr 21, 2002 01:33 PM

Paul Heltzel.....I wanted to respond to your post below about your wife saying that the pralines at Foodies were not made there.
I don't see how that can be...... the last batch I bought was still warm and creamy from just being made.
There have been times I have gone to buy pralines and they have been out and told me to come back in a few hours after they had been made again.....
Once more...when I do they are still warm and freshly made.
So....I don't get it. Maybe the non-traditional pralines are not made there.....but the traditional ones surely must be.

Also...Has anyone had the ones from the Southern Candy Co ??
I tried them and don't care for their recipe at all.
Anyone have any other suggestions on where to get FABULOUS ones ???
