In Texas. We have been warned to expect power outages since we will have a week of under freezing weather starting now. I know some of you are rolling your eyes but our houses and infrastructure are not built for this. Any suggestions on what I can cook ahead? I plan on baking bread and cookies and muffins today and tomorrow. Anything else I can prepare ahead? A website said well cooked turkey bacon, what?
