This is going to sound trivial, but it really isn't. I can't seem to find truly heat-proof potholders anymore. I used to have no trouble picking up the simple square ones that had a quilted fabric side and something that looked metallic on the reverse. Now they all seem to be 100 percent cotton, back and front, and my fingers get burned through them. I am able to get glove styles with better insulation, but my hands are small and they fall off. Does anybody have any ideas? Thank you.
