I smoke various meats about once per week and I make my own bbq sauce and in the past, I used a handed down cheap non-stick pot. I've been upgrading my cookware a little at a time with various brands depending on what I find the best discounts on. I make about a gallon at a time. The pot I've used has seen better days so now I'm looking for a new one.
Brands don't mean much to me, but quality does and I don't want non-stick. Do you all have any suggestions regarding size, material or even specific pots I should be looking out for?
