Odd request:
My husband works in the Emergency Room at a hospital an hour away from our home. He is required to work Christmas Day. Bless his heart! It is always a hard time for us. This year, I am hoping to surprise him by bringing a dinner to the hospital. The thing is, if I bring dinner for him, I really have to feed about 40 people also working the shift with him. I am looking for ideas for a feast to cook that I can transport an hour away. They only have a small microwave and fridge at the hospital so it all has to be cooked ahead. He is also lactose-intolerant so dairy is a no-go. Any help????
