Our daughter is getting married in Eau Claire, Wis., and on the way back to SC, we're going to make a swing through Minnesota and eastern S.D. and Nebraska because we want to see some of the Great Plains. On the way we want to sample some of the region's legendary beef and pork, and one speciality I've read about are pork tenderloin sandwiches.
Our route will take us from Sioux Falls, SD to Kansas City; we'll be getting to Lincoln about midday. Any suggestions?
