Pork tenderloin, part 2--how/when to roast the veg?

So now that I know I have pork tenderloin, I've decided to go with this recipe from Ina Garten: http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/in...

But I'd also like to roast potatoes, carrots, onions on a baking tray at about 425 ...I forget how long I do that for--30 minutes or more?

Ina's recipe calls for putting the seared tenderloins in the oven at 400 for 10-15 min. How would you coordinate?

Sorry to sound so clueless, but my biggest problem with cooking is the coordination of getting multiple dishes done at the same time. That's why I almost always serve 1-pot meals. My husband takes care of complicated stuff like bacon, eggs, hashbrowns, and toast. And don't even talk about Thanksgiving! From now on, we go out to dinner.
