I just purchased a 3 lb pork chop from the asian store. It was advertised as pork chops but I didn't have him chop them. My piece also has the tenderloin attached on the otherside of the pork chop.
I have fresh thyme, basil and rosemary and maybe sage.
I would like some suggestions as to how to cook this large piece of meat,,,,,brown then bake in oven???? and some recipes would be great. I have never done the apple sauce thing with pork but I do have a jar of applesause that was just purchased. As for sides I have rice and potatoes, fresh green beans, rappini, peppers.
Any help would be greatly appreicated. oh, should I brine over night????
