I am seeking the definitive pork osso bucco recipe. I have some from Niman Ranch that i want to use. I had a very good version in San Francisco at a restaurant (forgot the name) that features an "all-garlic" menu (it's up the street from City Lights book shop). It seemed to be kind of a "tourist destination", but the food was really quite good. Anyway, i'm not committed to their version, and any help is greatly appreciated.
