For some inexplicable reason I decided to make stovetop popcorn the other day. because of health concerns I knew I would have to eat unsalted unbuttered popcorn. Enough to dissuade some people right there
The first decision I had to make was whether to buy white popcorn or yellow, my only choice, both of them jolly time. I've been popping it in sTeflon skillet with just a tablespoon or so of vegetable oil I heat up the oil, throw the popcorn in and wait for it to stop popping. so far it's worked really well, but I am always looking for ways to improve things.
