Pollo con champinones manana en Joliet

I've never heard of a Mexican dish of chicken with mushrooms and cream, but that's one of the comidas del dia tomorrow from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. at Restaurante Amanecer Tapatio on the SW corner of Collins and Liberty in Joliet. I just had the best polo en verde I've ever had at Amanecer Tapatio, and I consider it my duty to alert any 'hounds who'll be in this area Friday about tomorrow's special. I try every Mexican restaurant I can find down here, and none come close to Amanecer Tapatio for flavor and care. Home cookin' by the radiant Senora Sanchez, including tortillas made fresh with your order. Note the ingredients in the mole verde, as described by Senora's daughter Monica: lettuce, green onion tops, radish stalks, and "seeds."
