Pork chop rice - who makes the best?

You know, the ubiquitous lunch plate special you find at any number of SGV chinese dives. Mound of rice, fried pork chop (usually marinated with some combination of star anise, soy sauce, etc.), and garnished with pickled cabbage (or radish), sliced "yellow stained" daikon, and maybe a tea egg.
