Planning ahead for hosting large brunch

sallyt | Apr 19, 201906:52 AM     52

Hi everyone,

My daughter is getting bat mitzvahed in early May, and it looks like we will be hosting brunch at our house the morning after. We will have already hosted a dinner following the service and party, so it’s not ideal, but there aren’t a lot of options.

Anyway, given that, I’d like to plan ahead as much as possible. We will have 18 people, all adults except for my girls.

What are some recommendations for easy but also delicious and kind of fun options? My husband is dying to make waffles, but I’m trying to convince him that that’s too short order cooking.

Thanks!
