Need pre-marinted, not cooked kind. Preferably someplace that will sell a variety of cuts of corned beef as I need to find the leanest cut. Some of my guest for St. Patty's Day dinner have dietary restrictions around fat. They still want the dish and I would love to make it for them as lean as possible so I figured I would give myself a head start by buying the right meat from the right vendor. Thanks for your help!
