Really superb dim sum there on Saturday:
- stuffed fried eggplant
- braised chopped pork niblets
- Small Triangular deep fried red bean cakes with black sesame seeds on top
- Char sui bao (steamed pork buns)
Really superb across the board. Definitely now on my regular NYC rotation. As good as any dim sum I have had in SF, Boston, or NYC. Subtle, nuanced complex flavors, every morsel tasty. If I had one critique, the Char siu Bao at Gitlo's in Boston, which are not always great, when they are great are a bit more complex and fragrant.
Back in Boston, wish I could eat at Ping's again tomorrow.
