Ate at Pigalle last night.
Stuart Pellegrino is indeed the new executive chef. The menu is still the same, but the specials are of course his creations, as well as the delicious desserts. We started with the delcious platte pigalle. I ordered the special, 4 perfectly seared scallops, with a corn/crab rissoto, covered with a perfect amount of wonderful veal stock, and crispy leeks on top. just beautiful...
For dessert, we shared a blueberry clafute, just melted in your mouth, and of course, his wonderful mango sorbet.
I believe Stuart is changing the menu for the fall. All I can say is...Im looking forward to it!
