My friend returned from Vancouver and brought back four icewines. As a gift, she is letting me pick two of them. But I don't know much about this kind of wine, so I need your help and/or suggestions. The four are:
1) Mission Hill Vidal Icewine, 1998 Reserve
2) Hawthorne Mountain Vineyard, Gold Label Series, 2000 Ehrenfelser Icewine
3) Inniskillin Riesling Icewine
4) Gehringer Brothers, "Minus 9 Degrees," Ehrenfelser Icewine
Thanks in advance. I promise to write a review as soon as I taste the two you help me pick. To give you an idea of what I like in dessert wines, the majority of what I've had are moscatos or moscato d'astis. My favorite so far is Michele Chiarlo "Nivole"--it's light, effervescent, refreshing, and tastes of peaches and lychee.
