Made it to Picca - great meal and tremendous service. Its interesting how some new places - Picca, Sotto, Eveleigh get it and others - Fig and Olive, Artichoke Heart dont. Asked our server about it and he said Picca let its staff share in revenues recently as a bonus for excellent performance. Dont know how it works, but nice to see how much they care. A unique experience. Food wise a bit like Bazaar only Peruvian, ambience is much more casual.
